I switched to Ryan Crosby's office after another office made many mistakes with my account and corrections were needed, and I also had a complex insurance situation involving two condos, switching from homeowner’s insurance to renter’s insurance for one condo and renter's insurance to homeowner's insurance for the other. Despite all this being messy and confusing, Nicole handled everything flawlessly. She was responsive, thorough, and kept me informed every step of the way.
