"I have used State Farm for about 30 years. I've been with Ryan's office since 2000 or 2001. Up until about a week ago, I've really only dealt with Ryan who has seen me through dating and the divorce of my husband. At a meeting with Ryan and my husband to discuss Ryan continuing to take care of us both - Ryan pulls a book out of his desk and hands it to me from the social security office: "What Every Woman Should Know. I'll never forget how kind it was to provide me with that information. He helped my mother similarly after the death of my father. I have several stories detailing Ryan going above and beyond for myself and other clients I know. I emailed Ryan about a week ago concerning a question about my first claim. He was on vacation and cc'd Hannah Adams. WOW! He left me in excellent hands. Not only is Hannah nice, but she also knows how to take charge! She took it upon herself to reach out to the other departments who were supposed to be handling my claim. Then she followed up! More than once! I didn’t even ask her to. Hannah just wanted to make sure that I was being taken care of the way that she and Ryan takes care of their clients within the local office. This is not typical behavior from an insurance agency. Typically, once you sign up, it’s difficult to get people on the phone. Thats not the case with this office or with these agent. I cannot recommend them enough!"
